Are there diverse paths available?

Not yet, but we will soon. We're a no-frills service, so set your standards low.

Can I get a bundle discount?

Not unless you have a crate full of cash. Feel free to ask, but don't be surprised if we say no.

What happens if a link goes down?

We'll send our lowest-paid intern to crawl through the tunnels and connect it back together.

How long does provisioning take?

Only as long as it takes your data centres to action your letter of authority. We recommend giving them a crate of beers to speed up the process.

From our end, you'll be provisioned instantly when you place an order.

What support do you provide?

If the link is down, we'll get on it right away and force our network team to fix it.

If the link is working, we don't do much support. If you're lonely, we can add you to our marketing email list.
